1.When the accident occurred, Will the IBC tank fell from the car and leak?

The standard style IBC designed by Kadoya Everbright has a sturdy frame that protects the tank to the greatest extent possible. All parts are inside the frame to prevent leakage caused by bumping the parts. Another tank without frame, designed by our company, have obtained the dangerous goods packaging container license issued by China Classification Society for it had passed the vibration test, air pressure test and free fall test. In other words, this product, even in the event of an accident, can guarantee that the possibility of leakage is minimized. Before the product is delivered, all air pressure testing is carried out to ensure that the finished product achieves the best sealing effect before leaving the factory, so please use it with confidence.

2.Will it rust outside when it is raining？

The storage tank products designed and manufactured by Kadoya Everbright are mainly made of stainless steel, including SS304, SS304L, SS315 and SS316L. The material manufacturers are AnShan steel, Baosteel, Zhangjiagang Posco and some Japanese material suppliers, ensuring the steel quality from source. We store different steel materials to offer you the best option in case the reaction between the tank and the material. At the same time, please keep the stainless steel products indoors or in a sheltered place during use to avoid rust spots due to the natural environment. If there is a chemical splash on the stainless steel product, please wipe it off in time. Long-term use may produce rust spots on the stainless steel surface due to different environments. Wipe it clean is fine enough to deal with that.

3.Usually the 20 feet container only can load 10pcs IBC tanks ,the delivery cost is expensive ,is there any good way to solve this problem ?

 Standard IBC tanks of kadoya everbright uses “low &short “ type design , which can make a 20 feet container be loaded with 20pcs 1000L volume IBC tanks, the delivery cost can be reduced 50% each time.

4.How to delivery the products which can not stand heat?

 Kadoya everbright can solve this problem for you!We can provide the IBC tanks with thermal insulation function, which can reduce 15~20 degree of the tank surface.

5.If temperature is low some sticky material difficult to discharge ,how to solve this problem?

IBC tanks of Kadoya everbright can add the heating function ,which can solve your troubles easily.

6.The corrosive chemicals always will have the problem of difficult to sealing and easy to leak ,how to solve this problem?

Kadoya everbright can  provide you teflon seal ring which can solve the corrosive problem.

7.The Teflon gasket is too hard to sealing, how to solve this problem ?

Kadoya everbright  provide you  teflon coated and sealed ring, which is not only with strong corrosion resistance,but also to solve the problem of difficult sealing because of hard character of telflon.

8.It is difficult to find a suitable safety valve for IBC tanks, either the size is too big and high or the price is too high, how to do ?

Kadoya everbright have a special  safety valve used for IBC tanks, which already be used about 20 years in Japan , please rest assured to use it.

9.Because of careless operation ,the workers sometime forget to open the air valve ,how to do?

Kadoya everybright will glad to provide you a breather valve which is good and safe.

10.Can not see the liquid level ,how to do ?

Kadoya everbright can customize it for you ,the products with level gauge and a variety of liquid level meter can be for your choose.

11.How can the stainless steel tanks be cleaned?
